Looks like a giant cookie/ blonde brownie... Think again, easly hide veggies in a sweet dessert. These have zucchini in them and another great idea is carrots. Shred finely or food process the veggies and mix away. The kids will never be able to tell :)

Cute cake that can used for both genders just by adjusting the fondant colors.

Got this wonderful recipe from my sister. Simply take a box of your favorite cake mix( any kind will do, I like chocolate). Add two eggs, 1/3 cup water, 3/4 cup peanut butter, and 1/4 cup butter. Beat well with a mixer. Add any cookie extras you like i.e chocolate chips, nuts, sprinkles :) scoop and bake @ 350 for 8-10 minutes. They turn out fluffy and delicious :)
